Job Title: Business Operations Specialist

At Spark Talent Acquisition, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and driving business growth through strategic operations management.

Job Summary:

The Business Operations Specialist will serve as a primary point of contact for third-party vendors, supporting the implementation of Service Solutions' integrations throughout the development, testing, pilot, and release phases. This role will also involve global expansion for third-party service lane integrations, becoming an SME on various applications affecting the Service Solutions line of business, and driving operational success metrics and goals for the Business Operations team.

Responsibilities:
  1. Third-Party Vendor Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for third-party vendors throughout the implementation of Service Solutions' integrations.
  2. Global Expansion: Support global expansion for third-party service lane integrations.
  3. SME Development: Become an SME on various applications affecting the Service Solutions line of business.
  4. Operational Success: Drive operational success metrics and goals for the Business Operations team.
  5. Collaboration: Work directly with Service Product Managers, User Acceptance Test (UAT) team, CCA Retail Channel, CCA Field Team, third-party vendors, contract partners, regional market leads, and dealers.
  6. System Enhancements: Work with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize system enhancements.
  7. Progress Monitoring: Monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
  8. Industry Trends: Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to service lane tools.
  9. Vendor Management: Work with third-party vendors to implement spec updates to support application updates.
  10. Compliance: Manage compliance with vendor contracts and assist with DSP spec development.
  11. Integration Validation: Work with Internal Teams, Product Managers, Business Leads, and third-party vendors, and dealers to validate integration functionality and timely deployment, particularly in the Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina markets.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or similar discipline preferred.
  2. Project Management: Project Management background and experience.
  3. Dealership Knowledge: Familiarity with dealership fixed operations and service lane processes.
  4. Bilingual: Bilingual (Fluent in Spanish and ideally Portuguese and/or French).
  5. Critical Thinking: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  6. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize accordingly.
  7. Relationship-Building: Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills required to work effectively with other teams across the organization, and with dealers and field personnel.
Desired Skills:
  1. MS-Excel: Strong MS-Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot tables, etc.).
  2. MS-Project: Proficient in MS-Project, MS-Visio, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Power BI.
  3. Collaboration: Highly collaborative work style. Enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment.
  4. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of technical language and ability to troubleshoot Bandwidth on Demand, endpoints, web services, data transfers, etc.
  5. Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and management skills. Ability to manage and work with external teams.
  6. Organization: Strong organization skills to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  7. Presentation: Comfortable presenting in front of large audiences (internal leadership, field, dealers, etc.).
  8. Remote Work: Ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a remote atmosphere, as well as in a collaborative environment.
  9. Self-Starter: Self-starter and eager to expand knowledge set.
  10. Analytics: Analytics background a plus.
