Position Summary:

Work Schedule:

  • Full-Time: 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Outstanding customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational capabilities.
  • Proficient typing and keyboarding skills.
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys engaging with others.
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Proficiency in additional languages, particularly Spanish, is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients arriving for medical services with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Handle incoming calls in a professional manner.
  • Schedule appointments following established protocols.
  • Engage professionally, both verbally and in writing, with physicians, clinic personnel, and patients regarding appointment scheduling and other inquiries.
  • Collect and record all necessary demographic information for patient contact and insurance billing.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in medical billing or office administration is preferred.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

  • Primarily sedentary work, requiring the ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
  • Involves repetitive motions associated with computer and office equipment use.
  • Work is conducted in a climate-controlled indoor environment.
