This role will provide inpatient and outpatient palliative medicine to patients with serious, chronic illness at Harrisburg Hospital, Community Osteopathic Hospital, and West Shore Hospital.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide pain and non-pain symptom management and advanced palliative care for patients
- Actively identify opportunities to improve the patient and family care experience
- Improve the effectiveness of resources as used in management of symptoms, complex chronic medical and social issues
- Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Registered Nurse
- Masters of Science in Nursing and ANA certification desirable
- Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner
- Current CPR/BLS certification
