Admissions Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admissions Representative to join our team at Universal Health Services, Inc. As an Admissions Representative, you will be responsible for performing pre-admission and admission services for all patients in all areas of the hospital.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and verify patient information, including demographic and insurance data
- Obtain and verify patient signatures on required documents
- Calculate and collect patient financial responsibilities, including co-payments and deductibles
- Provide patients with information regarding their rights, privacy, and advance care directives
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 6 months of general public contact experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
