Job Summary

Foundations for Living is seeking a skilled Admissions Representative to join our team. As an Admissions Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience from admission to discharge. Your primary responsibility will be to collect and verify patient information, including demographic data, insurance details, and financial information. You will also be responsible for obtaining necessary authorizations and consents, as well as communicating with patients and families to address any concerns or questions they may have.
