Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage effectively with online customers and prospects through various communication channels.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming sales inquiries.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers.
  • Maintain a comprehensive customer database to encourage repeat business.
  • Guide customers in selecting the right vehicle while staying informed about new products and features.
  • Showcase vehicles by explaining their characteristics and capabilities, conducting test drives, and discussing optional equipment.
  • Master the sales process, including overcoming objections, negotiating prices, and closing sales in line with company standards.
  • Proactively seek potential customers and maintain connections with previous clients.
  • Participate in product and sales training sessions as required.
  • Recognize that customer service is the foundation of our business and strive to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Implement a follow-up system to promote repeat and referral business, enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve and maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) score.
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in customer service is essential; experience in an automotive dealership is preferred.
  • Friendly and outgoing personality, particularly when addressing objections and negotiating.
  • Exceptional customer-focused communication abilities.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
