Job Title: Social Media Manager

XQ CPA is seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, expanding our digital presence, and managing our social channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to support XQ CPA's marketing initiatives.
  • Create and curate engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform our strategy and optimize our performance.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Manage our social media presence, including responding to comments and messages.

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in social media marketing, content marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
