- Meet class requirements based on club size and member traffic.
- Assist in front desk related activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, and responding to member questions and concerns.
- A passion for fitness and health.
- Upbeat and positive attitude.
- Punctuality and reliability are a must.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve.
- Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions.
- Current CPR Certification required.
- Nationally Certified Training Certificate required.
- High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
