As a Therapeutic Care Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with youth and families to create a supportive and inclusive environment.

What You Will Do:
  • Provide individualized support to youth, focusing on their unique needs and goals.
  • Develop and implement behavioral intervention plans to help youth manage challenging behaviors.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a comprehensive approach to supporting youth.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience working with at-risk youth preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Basic computer skills required.
