Community Support Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Community Support Services Coordinator. In this role, you will provide guidance, direction, and care to individuals with developmental disabilities, as well as teach techniques to improve their self-help skills.
A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid NYS driver's license with 2 years of experience are required. We offer competitive starting wages and a generous benefits package, including an estimated salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized plans to promote independence and self-sufficiency
- Assist individuals with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and other stakeholders
