Job Overview:

As a Field Sales Representative at AT&T, you will be the face and voice of our company to customers, delivering customized, white glove experiences that exceed their expectations. This role requires a driven individual who can connect with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with potential customers daily to discuss their needs and preferences
  • Use strong negotiation and communication skills to close deals and meet sales targets
  • Work independently in the field, with coaching and mentoring to ensure success

Requirements:

  • Some prior sales experience, preferably in an environment with set targets
  • Maintain a valid driver's license to operate company-provided vehicles
  • Work a varied schedule to meet customers on their timeline, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
