Job Summary

Eaton is seeking a highly skilled Regional Manager – Project Management to lead and guide local sales agencies in wiring devices sales initiatives throughout the Gulf region. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth in the assigned commercial construction/industrial markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the project team and channels to drive sales growth in the assigned commercial construction/industrial markets.
  • Ensure accurate, complete, and timely data for fact-based decision-making.
  • Encourage continuous improvement of the project management processes by field-based Project Managers and Project Engineers.
  • Build relationships with product line management to assist in developing marketing and product line sales and pricing strategies.
  • Supervise and provide vision and training for Project Managers.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within the Commercial Construction and/or Industrial market segments, and ability to drive financial performance.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, along with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience in an indirect sales model working with channel distribution.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in electrical industry project management, field sales or marketing developing and executing strategies.
  • Must possess a valid and unrestricted driver's license.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Field Sales or Marketing.
  • PMP Certification.
What We Offer

Eaton provides competitive pay and a variety of benefit programs for eligible employees. The expected annual salary range for this role is $144,000 - $211,000 a year. This role is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
