Angelo Payroll Partnership is seeking to enhance its dedicated workforce.
We are a Property Management entity that manages and oversees our own assets. Currently, we have an opportunity within our Landscape Division.

We are in search of a trustworthy and diligent Landscape Technician to become part of a team of five individuals responsible for executing a weekly mowing and trimming agenda.

The work schedule consists of 40-45 hours per week, typically from Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday. This is a full-time Landscape role from March through October each year, with potential reductions in hours during the off-season based on operational requirements.

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities for this role encompass, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Operation of power equipment, including:
    • Push mower
    • Stand-on or ride-on mower
    • String trimmer
    • Stick edger
    • Push edger
    • Hedge shears
    • Pole pruner
    • Chainsaw
  • Utilization of hand tools, including:
    • Hedge shears
    • Loppers
    • Hand pruner
    • Hand saw
  • Adherence to crew schedules, traveling to designated properties in a company vehicle
  • Reporting any irrigation damages, equipment issues, or other concerns to the Crew Lead
  • Compliance with company policies, including the Accident Prevention Program
  • Use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety protocols

Compensation details: $17.00 per hour
