Floor Technician

Copper Knoll Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Floor Technician to join our team. As a Floor Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.
Responsibilities:- Provide floor care services in accordance with facility policies and procedures to ensure a clean and safe floor environment.
- Maintain and follow established floor care tasks to ensure compliance with QA standards.
- Follow floor care schedules and provide an overall balanced floor cleaning program.
- Ensure all floor care equipment, supplies, and tools are clean and properly stored.
- Coordinate work with other departments to avoid interferences when possible.
- Dispose of empty containers and maintain confidentiality of residents and their care.
- Report and document incidents, accidents, complaints, or allegations according to facility policy and procedure.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- At least five years of floor care experience preferred.
