Requirements
- Proven experience as a Director of Sales or a similar senior sales role in a B2B SaaS environment.
- At least 5 years of experience in a sales role within the healthcare, healthtech, or life sciences sectors.
- A strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Deep understanding of the healthtech and life sciences industries and their unique challenges.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute plans effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.

Base Salary: $140,000-180,000 per year, depending on experience
On-Target Earnings: Potential to earn $300,000-350,000+ per year, including base salary and commission.
