Job Title: SailPoint Identity Management Specialist

SailPoint IdentityNow will be key experience for this role. The company Resource Informatics Group is seeking a highly skilled SailPoint Identity Engineer to join our team. This is a technical position that requires strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.

The successful candidate will provide technical support for the company's on-premises and cloud-based IAM solutions, including Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft EntraID, SSO (Single Sign On), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). They will also work closely with the Identity Management team to implement security improvements and controls for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and manage day-to-day SailPoint IdentityNow operations.

• Manage sources and access profiles/roles, provisioning, workflows, and forms.

• Document and track system controls and compliance requirements.

• Manage the identity lifecycle for joiners, movers, and leavers.

• Oversee operational tasks including system health checks, regular updates, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance.

Requirements:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• 5+ years of experience as SailPoint IdentityNow or IIQ administrator.

• 5+ years of experience with Identity lifecycle processes (Movers, Leavers, Joiners).

• 5+ years of experience scripting: PowerShell, BeanShell, Java, Python.

• Basic experience integrating applications with APIs.

• Basic knowledge of Identity and Access Management systems (IDP, PAM, PIM, Secrets Management).

Salary Estimate: $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
