Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced EVS Supervisor to join our team at The Burks Companies, Inc. As an EVS Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our environmental services team, ensuring that our facilities are clean and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work activities of EVS technicians to ensure efficient and effective cleaning services.
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas, including grounds and exterior common areas, to ensure cleanliness and adherence to company standards.
- Assign duties, inspect work, and investigate complaints regarding services, taking corrective action as necessary.
- Perform inventory management to ensure proper par levels are consistently maintained.
- Motivate and lead team members, resolving any issues that may arise on the job.
- Issue supplies and equipment to workers as needed.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to clearly and pleasantly interact with guests and team members.
- Thorough knowledge of commercial cleaning services and industry standards.
- Professional image and personality, exuding confidence and leadership skills.
- Ability to focus attention to detail and organize, prioritize, and follow up on tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of all guests and general hotel information.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if necessary.
- Work experience as a Supervisor or similar role, preferably in the facilities management or housekeeping industry.
