Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Greet and welcome guests, register them into the system, and provide accurate and timely information and services.
  • Communication: Respond to telephone and in-person inquiries, resolve guest complaints, and provide warm, knowledgeable service and helpful guidance.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage the front desk, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements:
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting, preferably with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, or Hyatt processes and standards.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
