Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of OneAZ's objectives, branch operations, offerings, and marketing strategies.
  • Act in the best interests of members by opening accounts, understanding their financial needs, and recommending suitable OneAZ products and services.
  • Welcome new members by assisting with account openings, facilitating loans, and conducting follow-ups with a focus on client engagement.
  • Build community connections and promote OneAZ's brand by participating in local events and activities.
  • Evaluate member financial data, including their financial profiles.
  • Assist members in completing loan applications for underwriting submission and conduct loan closings.
  • Support members' banking needs through various channels including internet, mobile app, branch, and ATM.
  • Expand the customer base by networking with current and potential members.
  • Perform teller duties and transactions as required by branch operations.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) is required.
  • One to three years of relevant experience in customer service, sales, or a client-facing role.
  • One year of cash handling experience is preferred, ideally within a financial institution.

  • Strong verbal, written, and digital communication skills.
