Truck Sales Account Manager

As a Truck Sales Account Manager at ITW Food Equipment Group, you will play a critical role in driving revenue and profit growth through effective sales and account management. This position requires a strong understanding of the food service and food retail industries, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit goals with assigned key national accounts.
- Interface with internal and external senior-level management, product development, and product service personnel to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Direct the activities of assigned key accounts through effective field sales engagements, account management, and end-user relationships.
- Coach, mentor, and develop assigned national account managers to ensure their success and growth.
- Support the development of strategic and tactical programs to increase Hobart's service presence and competitive share in the U.S. market.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of extensive sales experience, with a strong background in national account sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
