Position Overview

Primary Duties:

  • Support seasoned technicians in the installation of HVAC systems within residential properties.
  • Acquire skills in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints to guarantee precise installations.
  • Gain practical experience with the tools and equipment utilized in HVAC system installations.
  • Adhere to safety regulations and practices to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Effectively communicate with colleagues and supervisors to ensure timely project completion.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by professionally addressing client inquiries and concerns.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong work ethic and a readiness to follow directions.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Physical capability to perform tasks that involve lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing, and working in tight spaces.
  • Valid driver's license in the relevant state.
