Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with expertise in B2B collections to optimize financial operations and improve cash flow. The ideal candidate will analyze and develop efficient processes, communicate with customers, prioritize high-impact accounts, and track key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Optimization (30%): Streamline debt resolution processes through data analysis and process improvement techniques.
  • Customer Communication (30%): Effectively communicate with 300-500 customers to resolve overdue accounts and set up payment plans.
  • Account Prioritization (25%): Focus on high-priority accounts exceeding 60 days past due, utilizing personal B2B calls to resolve balances.
  • Data Tracking & Reporting (15%): Utilize Excel to monitor collections activity, identify trends, and enhance outcomes.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Must-Haves: Proven experience in B2B collections, strong communication skills, process documentation expertise, and Excel proficiency.
  • Nice-to-Haves: NetSuite experience, background in high-growth companies, and accounting or finance degree.
