About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Risk Resolution Specialist to join our global brokerage team at Gallagher. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for advocating on behalf of our sophisticated clients, providing coverage advice, and facilitating client meetings and claims reviews.

Job Description
  • Acts as an advocate for most complex clients and claims, demonstrating sophisticated problem resolution skills and ability to manage and communicate issues for key accounts.
  • Evaluates coverage positions and challenges adjusters as warranted while advocating the best possible outcome for clients in accordance with service standards.
  • Facilitates client meetings, claims reviews, and vendor visits.
  • Responsible for arranging adjustments in reserves for a favorable client outcome, providing status reports to clients as needed by any applicable service plan, and evaluating action plans and reserves.
  • Evaluates all new complex claims on designated clients and formulates a plan of action to achieve a favorable claim resolution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience; 5 years' related experience in claims.
  • Proven expertise of claim and coverage issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable working ability to use all claims and business-related software.
Compensation and Benefits

As a Claims Risk Resolution Specialist at Gallagher, you can expect a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including:
