Key Responsibilities

As an Operations Manager, your primary focus will be to ensure exceptional service for our guests while maintaining high standards for our team members.

  • Foster positive relationships with guests by actively seeking feedback and ensuring service excellence.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a food and beverage management role.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in relevant software.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
