K2 Integrity is seeking a dedicated AML (anti-money laundering) Manager to enhance our Financial Crimes Risk Management practice. This position offers a hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and direct projects related to assessments, system integrations, gap evaluations, remediation efforts, process enhancements, and segmentation strategies.
- Supervise team tasks involving the preparation of case investigations, drafting Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs), analyzing Currency Transaction Reports (CTRs) and Monetary Instrument Logs (MILs), as well as referencing Customer Identification Programs (CIPs). Responsibilities may extend to compliance with the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), USA PATRIOT Act, and other relevant regulations aimed at detecting and preventing money laundering, fraud, and terrorism.
- Ensure the timely completion of tasks assigned to the engagement team.
- Provide mentorship and training to team members on client-related skills and engagement processes.
- Manage projects to adhere to deadlines while committing to deliverables that meet quality and budget expectations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BSA, AML/KYC/OFAC, and Patriot Act regulations.
- Ensure the team meets clearly defined productivity and quality assurance benchmarks.
- Achieve utilization targets.
- Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
- Perform additional duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
- 2-5 years of experience in an AML role; prior team lead or managerial experience is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent research and writing skills; must be capable of producing clear and concise reports and effectively communicating with management.
- Proficient in conducting due diligence.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications (including pivot tables, charts, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to provide proactive updates.
- Ability to cultivate a diverse environment that promotes leadership development, learning, and respect for all individuals.
Salary Range: Minimum $85,000 | Maximum $125,000
