Senior Manager

TD Bank is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Financial Crime Risk Management team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the analysis and investigation of complex financial crime cases, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and developing strategies to mitigate financial crime risks.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of AML investigators and analysts in conducting thorough analysis and investigations of complex financial crime cases
- Develop and implement AML policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate financial crime risks
- Ensure compliance with all relevant AML regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), the USA PATRIOT Act, and OFAC requirements
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including law enforcement and regulatory bodies, to report findings and ensure compliance
- Prepare and present detailed reports on investigative findings to executive management and regulatory authorities
- 10+ years of experience in AML investigations, financial crime risk management, or a related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of financial crime typologies and AML regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
