Job Title: Lead Project Manager Aviation

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale commercial aviation projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the planning and execution of large-scale commercial aviation construction projects.
  • Develop and implement project plans, manage project resources, and coordinate the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants.
  • Utilize Procore, Primavera P6, and Bluebeam software to manage project scheduling, resource allocation, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while managing risks and issues, and implementing mitigation measures.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, consultants, and regulatory authorities, to ensure clear communication and effective collaboration.
  • Promote sustainable construction practices and ensure all projects adhere to LEED standards.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Participate in the recruitment, training, and development of project staff, promoting a positive and inclusive team culture.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on commercial aviation projects.
  • Proven experience in airport terminal construction.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including Procore, Primavera P6, and Bluebeam.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
  • Certified Construction Manager (CCM) designation, Design-Build Institute of America (DBIA) certification, or LEED professional credentials is highly preferred.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
