Key Responsibilities- Registration and Scheduling: Verify patient demographics, insurance information, and medical history to ensure accurate registration and scheduling.
- Insurance Verification: Confirm patient insurance coverage and benefits to ensure proper billing and reimbursement.
- Financial Clearance: Analyze patient financial information to determine eligibility for financial assistance programs.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless registration and scheduling processes.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
- Experience: One (1) year of experience in Patient Access/Revenue Cycle/Medical Billing/Financial Counseling OR Customer Service experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
