About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be an integral part of our customer support and success team. You will work on troubleshooting our platform for Dynatrace clients, working in multiple technical environments, on multiple languages, throughout the digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues with our platform
  • Provide exceptional customer support and experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base

Requirements

  • 1+ years of related technical work experience supporting/developing Python-based applications
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant technical-related experience or training
  • 1+ years of experience working with SaaS applications and infrastructure

Preferred Requirements

  • 3+ years of related technical work experience supporting/developing Python-based applications
  • Experience with software support and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of Python frameworks (i.e. Django, Flask, etc.)
  • Experience writing and debugging complex Python applications
  • Exposure to Java (JMX and PMI),.NET Development, or other programming languages
  • Experience with database technologies (MS SQL, Oracle, IBM DB2)
  • Exposure to Prometheus scraping
  • Exposure to SNMP
  • Experience with network troubleshooting
  • Relevant industry certification with a focus on Python
