About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Associate to join our team at Madrone Ridge SRTF program in Junction City, Oregon. As a key member of our direct care team, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with serious mental illness in their daily lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions
  • Perform housekeeping and meal preparation duties
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical documentation

Requirements:

  • Caregiving and/or mental health experience (personal or professional) is preferred
  • A dedication to the well-being of each client and helping them meet their Activities of Daily Living (ADL)

What We Offer:

  • A competitive starting wage of $22.00 per hour, with an additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential
  • A 5% language differential offered for bilingual or multilingual candidates
