About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Associate to join our team at Madrone Ridge SRTF program in Junction City, Oregon. As a key member of our direct care team, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being of adults with serious mental illness.

Responsibilities
  • Support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions
  • Perform housekeeping and prepare meals
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical documentation
Requirements
  • Caregiving and/or mental health experience (personal or professional) is preferred
  • A dedication to the well-being of each client and helping them meet their Activities of Daily Living (ADL)

  • A competitive starting wage of $22.00 per hour, DOE/Credentials
  • An additional $2.50 per hour night shift differential
