- Experience: At least 2 years of customer service experience is required; preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft programs, specifically WORD and EXCEL; bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not required.
This position offers a competitive salary of $$20.00 per hour, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage, life insurance, long-term disability, EAP (Employee Assistance Program), paid-time-off starting at 24 days per year + 10 paid holidays, and 401(k)/Retirement options.
