We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Services Agent to join our team at Marriott Vacations Worldwide. As a Guest Services Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our owners and guests, ensuring their vacation experience is nothing short of amazing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to owners and guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Check owners/guests into their villas, reviewing property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.
  • Actively listen and respond positively to guests' questions, concerns, and requests, and contact other departments to help resolve guest issues.
  • Identify and explain room features to guests, such as the use of room keys, ice and vending areas, etc.
  • Follow up with owners/guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction.
  • Answer telephone calls and route calls to the proper department as applicable.
  • May be asked to assist with bellman and runner duties depending on facility or location.
Requirements:
  • Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
  • Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 25lbs without assistance.
  • Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
  • Specific job duties may differ by property, size of team, or facility.
