Store Area Leader

Job Summary
As a Store Area Leader at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., you will be responsible for leading a team of associates in a specific area of the store. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a clean and well-organized area, as well as providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction by greeting and answering their questions
- Tour your area to ensure it meets our customer's expectations
- Work hand-in-hand with team associates to get the job done
- Prepare and plan for upcoming events that will impact your area
- Ability to communicate, take direction at all levels, and turn it into action
- Use basic math skills to maintain accurate inventory levels
What We Offer
At Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., we offer a competitive hourly wage range of $16.00 to $36.00, with the actual hourly rate equaling or exceeding the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additionally, we offer annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums in specific circumstances.

Education and Training
