- Ensure safety protocols are always followed to prevent accidents and injuries
- Communicate effectively with ground crew to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Rig loads for lifting and ensure proper balance and stability
- Inspect rigging equipment and components for wear and tear
- NCCCO certification
- Class A CDL
