Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Virtual School Psychology Educator to join our dynamic online educational team. This role requires a minimum of 1+ years of experience in school psychology.

As a vital member of our innovative digital learning community, you will take on various responsibilities, including teaching psychology courses, providing behavioral support, and leading virtual IEP meetings. Your expertise will play a crucial role in delivering comprehensive psychological and educational assistance to our students in a virtual setting.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging online psychology courses to high school learners.
  • Implement virtual behavioral interventions and support strategies.
  • Facilitate and manage online IEP meetings.
  • Advise educators on effective classroom management techniques.
  • Create digital resources tailored for students, parents, and educational staff.
  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments in a virtual format.
  • Design and execute online behavior intervention plans.
  • Lead virtual social skills development groups.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance student outcomes.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in School Psychology.
  • Teaching credential is preferred.
  • Experience with online education and virtual IEP processes.
  • Strong understanding of behavioral intervention strategies.
  • Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in online learning management systems.
  • Knowledge of special education laws and regulations.
  • Strong skills in data analysis and report writing.
  • Able to engage and inspire students in a virtual environment.
