Purpose of the Role: The Department of Psychology invites applications for a non-tenure track Faculty position at the rank of Assistant Professor. This role is focused on undergraduate instruction in developmental psychology, particularly in courses covering lifespan, adolescent, and adult development.

Key Responsibilities: The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching courses in developmental psychology and may also teach research methodology or statistics. Additionally, the faculty member will engage in service activities, dedicating approximately 15-20% of their time to these efforts. Research obligations are not a requirement for this position.

Required Qualifications: Candidates must possess a Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology or a closely related field. Experience in diverse educational settings and a commitment to fostering an inclusive environment are essential. Preference will be given to those with a proven track record of effective teaching and engagement with underrepresented student populations.
