About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Barbacks to join our team at Punch Bowl Social. As a Barback, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our bars.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Experience: Create authentic, custom guest experiences through a high level of attention to detail and service.
  • Beverage Expertise: Deliver high-quality food and beverage that is geared toward the guest preferences, showcasing your expertise in our craft beverage program.
  • Support the Bar Team: Assist the bar team by juicing, stocking, prepping, rotating kegs, products, and service ware to ensure proper execution of the steps of service.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Environment: Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in bars, service stations, storage areas, prep stations, and all other workstations assigned.
  • Teamwork: Work side by side with your fellow team members in support of providing a high level of hospitality.
Requirements
  • Age: Must be 21 years old or older.
  • Teamwork and Communication: You should be comfortable talking with strangers and understand that work is easier and more fun with teamwork.
  • Previous Experience: Experience working in a high-volume restaurant/bar is ideal.
