Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at the Hilton Indianapolis. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for mixing and serving a variety of drinks to our guests, while providing exceptional customer service and promoting a positive atmosphere in our lounge.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Mix and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages to guests.
  2. Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  3. Stock and maintain a clean and organized bar area, including glasses, bottles, and supplies.
  4. Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our drink menu and make recommendations to guests.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  6. Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous bartending experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, such as trays and cases of beverages.
