Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement advanced algorithms for radar systems to contribute to the success of critical commercial defense projects.
  • Design, develop, and analyze radar system and software architectures.
  • Design and implement algorithms for detection, discrimination, and tracking systems.
  • Model and simulate system designs to demonstrate performance metrics.
  • Develop unique solutions and efficient implementations of signal processing algorithms for challenging mission applications.
  • Analyze system-level signal propagation, RF system performance, and requirements development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, software, program management, and senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with FMCW and automotive radar signal processing chains.
  • Experience with MIMO arrays and subspace AoA estimation techniques.
  • Experience with Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) signal processing algorithms.
  • Proficiency with AESA/PESA system architectures.
  • BS in mathematics, physics, engineering, or related technical field (at least 2+ years experience).
  • MS in mathematics, physics, engineering, or related technical field (0-2+ years experience).
  • Experience in radar signal processing, probability, and statistics.
  • Proficiency in MATLAB, C/C++, Python.
