Job Title: Project Management Associate

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Management Associate to join our team at HarperGC. In this role, you will assist our project managers in planning, executing, and delivering construction projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting project managers with project planning, coordination, and execution
  • Maintaining accurate project records and reports
  • Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field
  • At least three years of experience in construction project management or a related field
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
