Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of software and systems
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs
* Develop and maintain testing strategies and plans
* Analyze and report testing results and recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
* Strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
