- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their technology needs are met and exceeded.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technology management, with a focus on IT service management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
