Business Development Opportunity

GB Cleaning Services LLC is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to play a pivotal role in driving new business and building strong relationships with clients in need of top-quality cleaning services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to attract new clients, expanding the customer base and increasing revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement sales plans, aligned with company objectives and goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  • Execute prospecting activities, including cold calling, networking, and referrals, to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present service agreements to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and highlighting the benefits of partnering with GB Cleaning Services LLC.

Compensation:

  • First 6 months: 20% commission on the first 3 months of service for each new client signed to a minimum 12-month agreement.
  • After 6 months: A base salary will be added, and commission will be reduced to 5% on all additional service agreements.
  • Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses for exceeding sales quotas, aligning with company objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets, driving business growth.
  • Experience in the cleaning or service industry is advantageous, providing a deeper understanding of customer needs.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, enabling effective collaboration and relationship-building.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Goal-driven and self-motivated, with a desire to grow within the company, seizing opportunities for professional advancement.

Estimated Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
