Position Type: Full-time/Permanent

Compensation: $23-29/hr.

Working Hours: 1st shift (8 AM - 5 PM or 9 AM - 6 PM)

Candidates should be prepared to work overtime during peak seasons, which may include evenings and weekends 2-3 times a month. These overtime shifts can be performed remotely.

Role Overview: The HVAC Proposal Coordinator is responsible for crafting and delivering HVAC service and repair proposals to clients, ensuring that all submissions are precise and tailored to meet client expectations.

Key Duties:

  • Proposal Development: Create comprehensive HVAC proposals that detail the scope of work, pricing structures, and timelines.
  • Client Engagement: Present proposals to clients, respond to inquiries, and conduct follow-ups to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of proposals, and systematically review and follow up with clients regarding submitted proposals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the HVAC industry or a related field.
  • Strong familiarity with HVAC terminology and practices.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with facility management software such as ServiceChannel, Fexa, or Corrigo is advantageous (training will be provided if necessary).
