Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Support Representative to join our team at Procore Technologies. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, utilizing your strong problem-solving and communication skills to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
  • Utilize your strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate client cases and provide solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Procore's business model, system, and tools to optimize system use and maximize impact.
  • Work in a fast-paced contact center environment, adhering to assigned schedules to ensure adequate coverage for customer needs.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • 6+ months of related experience in customer support, queue-based roles, or other customer-facing roles.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with prior experience evaluating and resolving customer inquiries successfully in both Spanish and English.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing product.
  • Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and a solution-focused mindset.
  • Superb attention to detail with extensive experience multitasking and managing work independently.
