Project Manager - Construction

At Saarman Construction, Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our construction projects to successful completion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery and close-out.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage and maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and safety records.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure open communication and effective issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and opportunities to ensure project success.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality project delivery.
  • Manage and supervise project team members, including training, development, and performance evaluation.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in construction project management, including supervisory experience.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of construction management principles, including scheduling, cost control, and procurement.
  • Proficiency in Procore or similar project management software.
