Job Title: Personal Banker - Floater

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Personal Banker - Floater to join our team at The Old Point National Bank. As a Personal Banker - Floater, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting bank products and services, and performing various banking duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Promote and sell bank products and services to customers, including deposit and loan products.
  • Perform various banking duties, including opening and updating accounts, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Work closely with branch officers and other team members to achieve sales and customer service goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on bank products and services, as well as industry trends and developments.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in banking or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and customer service goals.
