About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our Customer Engagement team at TransUnion Risk and Alternative Data Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing customer business requirements and developing end-to-end processing solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the full system lifecycle, from client and sales engagement to solution delivery and documentation.
  • Assist the technical team in developing solutions that meet customer requirements, including design, setup, test, and delivery.
  • Validate batch fulfillment system setup and output, ensuring it meets customer requirements and communicating directly with customers to audit results.
  • Analyze and interpret how industry changes will affect program execution, fulfillment, and solution delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience, preferably in the Financial Services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Internal and external customer-facing experience.
  • Ability to translate technical and functional requirements and collaborate with technical counterparts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to act decisively in fast-paced, frequently changing environments.
  • High experience of proven ability to work independently, manage simultaneous assignments, and effectively prioritize workload with competing priorities.
  • Familiarity with working with data.
  • Experience in the credit reporting, financial services, or direct marketing industry is preferred.
