Responsibilities:

  • Work with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and product development to define success metrics, KPIs, and reporting dashboards

  • Mentor junior analysts and foster a collaborative data-driven culture within the marketing team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field, with 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing analytics
  • Proven track record of successfully driving conversion rate optimization initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders across departments
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines
